• Contact Us and you can pay by check or money order.

• In stock items will be shipped out as soon as order is confirmed. Usually 3-5 days. MN residents will be charged 6.5% additional sales tax. Orders outside the US will be charged additional shipping charges. Contact Us for additional charges.

• Orders are filled usually in 3-5 days after payment confirmation. Out of stock items can usually be replaced15-30 days on most items.

• Order through the mail.  I will accept money orders and personal checks through regular mail. E-mail me the Item # and name of item. I will hold your item for 15 days for money order or check to arrive so I can process your order. Orders paid by check will not be shipped out until the check has been cleared. Returned Items.

If for some reason you are dissatisfied with your order you may return it for a refund. It must be returned in 30 days after you received the item. I will refund you for the amount of the Item.  I will not refund postage, insurance and shipping. I will not refund you for the Item if it has been damaged or abused. Items must be in there original shape and condition as shipped.

 Custom Built Items.

• Most custom built orders are filled in a timely fashion. Once order is agreed upon. I demand 50% down on most jobs. I will forward a proposal and/or drawings of the order your interested in. Drawings are billed at an hourly rate and to be credited to the cost of the work commissioned. To order or inquire about my work. Contact me by phone, email or regular mail.

WARRANTY

• I offer a lifetime warranty on workmanship on my one of a kind and custom built items.

• I am not responsible for abuse or neglect. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase return back to me for a refund. I will not refund shipping and insurance. Item must be in it's original condition as shipped. I am not responsible for glass breakage and picture damage or any other breakage on my Earthquake guarantee's. (anti-raddle off shelf design)
